This Charter applies to all personnel, officers, directors, contractors, and agents acting on behalf of Monarch Space Systems in any capacity, worldwide.
Monarch Space Systems commits to conducting all business with integrity, transparency, and in compliance with applicable laws. We maintain ethics programs aligned with FAR Subpart 3.10, the FCPA, and the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention.
Human life and safety are the highest priority in all engineering, manufacturing, testing, and operational activities. Safety considerations shall not be subordinated to cost, schedule, or competitive pressures.
